If you need help with your account, gameplay, purchases, or privacy requests, contact our support team:
We aim to respond within a few business days. Include your username and a short description of the issue.
Signing in
- Email and password: Use the login screen in the app with the email and password you registered with.
- Google sign-in: Tap “Continue with Google” and complete sign-in in your browser, then return to the game.
- Sign in with Apple (iOS): Tap “Continue with Apple” on the login screen. You can choose to hide your email using Apple’s private relay.
- New account: Open the Create Account tab, fill in your details, and verify your email with the 6-digit code we send you.
Password reset
On the login screen, tap Forgot Password?, enter your email, and follow the reset code sent to your inbox. Accounts that use Google or Apple sign-in only do not have a password — continue with the same sign-in method instead.
Email verification
After registering with email, check your inbox for a 6-digit verification code. If you did not receive it, use Resend Code on the verification screen or contact support.
Delete your account
You can delete your account from the in-game Settings screen. This disables sign-in and releases your username and email so you can register again later. For assistance, email us at the address above.
